We conduct our business activities in good faith and maintain the highest standards of transparency and fairness.

2. Intellectual Property & User Content

Proprietary Rights: All intellectual property on this Site—including but not limited to brand trademarks, logos, proprietary mosaic conversion algorithms, design layouts, and software—is the exclusive property of Brick Now. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary legal permissions for any images uploaded for customization.
Indemnification: You shall be solely liable for any third-party claims of intellectual property infringement arising from your uploaded content. You agree to indemnify Brick Now for any losses, legal fees, and damages incurred as a result of such infringement.

3. Product Representation & Safety Disclaimer

By purchasing our custom mosaic art, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Mosaic Nature: Due to the pixelated nature of brick art, fine details will be simplified.
Visual Variance: Physical brick pigments may differ slightly from the RGB displays on digital screens. Such discrepancies do not constitute product defects.
Safety Warning: Products contain small parts and pose a Choking Hazard. They are strictly not intended for children under 3 years of age.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brick Now and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities—arising from the use of our Services.

Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

5. Force Majeure

Brick Now is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, customs inspections, labor strikes, or global logistics disruptions.

6. Third-Party Services

We cooperate with trusted third-party providers for payment processing and logistics. Your interaction with these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the independent policies or practices of these third parties.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Informal Resolution: Both parties agree to first seek resolution through informal mediation. You agree to notify Brick Now of any dispute and attempt to reach a resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
Governing Law: This Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our registered jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal mediation shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in our registered jurisdiction under the applicable local arbitration rules.
Class Action Waiver: All dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis. You hereby waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or collective litigation.

8. Severability & Modifications
