Shipping policy

At Brick Now, we are committed to providing transparent, reliable, and compliant shipping services for all custom mosaic orders. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service and Returns & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Each Brick Now kit is custom-manufactured to your specific photo.

Standard Processing: 2–5 business days. This includes image conversion, quality inspection, and custom brick sorting.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take longer. We will notify you via email of any significant delays.

Irreversible Dispatch: Once production has commenced, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We utilize premium international logistics partners to ensure secure global delivery.
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days.
IMPORTANT: Estimated delivery times are for reference only. Due to increased pressure on global transportation networks, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Brick Now is not liable for delays caused by external logistics factors.
3. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): All international orders are shipped on a DDU basis. The checkout total does not include import duties, VAT, or local taxes.

Customer Responsibility: As the "Importer of Record," you are solely responsible for all customs fees. Brick Now does not accept liability for customs fines or storage fees resulting from non-compliance.

Compliance: We declare the accurate transaction value of all products. Requests to under-declare value to avoid taxes will be rejected in compliance with international law.
4. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy

Restricted Addresses: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or regions under international sanctions.

Accuracy Guarantee: You are responsible for providing a complete and valid address. Brick Now is not liable for failed deliveries or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being "Unclaimed," the customer is responsible for both the original shipping fee and the re-shipping costs.
5. Order Tracking

Tracking Activation: Tracking numbers are emailed within 24–48 hours of dispatch. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to scan and update.

Inactivity: If your tracking hasn't updated for over 10 business days, please contact hello@brick.now so we can initiate an official inquiry with the carrier.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Abandoned Packages

Damaged Upon Arrival: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged outer box, shipping label, and the product. We resolve verified transit damage via precision part replacement.

Stolen Packages: Brick Now is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed "Delivered" status by the carrier (e.g., porch piracy).

Refusal & Abandonment: If you refuse delivery (including refusal to pay customs) or fail to collect your package, it may be abandoned. No refunds or replacements will be issued for abandoned or refused packages.
7. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
Brick Now is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or customs inspections. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Data Privacy
Your shipping data is shared strictly with essential logistics partners for the sole purpose of fulfillment, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
